Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and the associated spectrum of diseases is not a diagnosis that is made lightly.  In order to accurately assess the need for medication and other therapies, a thorough assessment needs to be done. This is because the medication that is used to treat this condition must be individualised and monitored by the treating doctor.
